The KK 24 Z is a high-quality printed circuit connector designed with a 2.54 mm pitch and a design DIL format, featuring 24 poles arranged in two rows. Its robust construction includes a CuSn-alloy contact material with a Ni + 5...10 µm Sn-plated contact surface, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The connector supports THT (soldering) termination and accommodates ribbon cables with an excess length of at least 1 mm to the case. It complies with stringent safety standards, offering a nominal voltage rating of 250 V AC insulation group A (VDE 0110) and a test voltage of 500 V AC. The insulating body, colored RAL 7032, withstands temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and meets the UL 94 V-0 flammability class, guaranteeing durability and safety in demanding environments.

This connector is suitable for applications requiring high insulation resistance, with a specific insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² Ω·m and compliance with creepage distances ≥0.7 mm and clearance distances ≥0.5 mm (VDE 0110). It supports conductor cross-sections from AWG 28 to 30 (0.05 to 0.09 mm²) and is compatible with both solid and stranded AWG 28 ribbon cables with insulation diameters up to 1.1 mm.
