The KK 10 Z is a high-quality printed circuit connector designed with a 2.54 mm pitch and a dual-row (2-row) layout in a DIL design. It features a tin-plated CuSn-alloy contact material with a nickel and tin plating thickness of 5 to 10 µm, ensuring reliable electrical contact and corrosion resistance. The connector supports through-hole technology (THT soldering) and accommodates conductor cross-sections from AWG 28 to 30 (0.09 to 0.05 mm²) with insulation diameters up to 1.1 mm. The housing is made from a material rated UL 94 V-0 for flame retardancy and is colored in RAL 7032, offering a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. It complies with VDE 0110 standards for creepage distance (≥0.7 mm), clearance (≥0.5 mm), and withstands a nominal voltage of 250 V AC with a test voltage of 500 V AC. The connector also exhibits a specific insulation resistance greater than 10¹² Ω·m and meets the KC 175 tracking resistance according to DIN 53480.
