Our new quoting service for business customers in our online shop allows you to request quotes quickly and easily for individual or multiple products. With just a few steps, you can complete the quote request by yourself directly in your digital customer account.

It´s that simple: 3 steps to your offer!

Step 1: Search products and add to the quote

To add a product to your request and submit a quote request, you must first add the appropriate products to your request.

In our online shop, the products are displayed either in a tile or list view. In addition, you have the option to navigate to the product detail page. Both in the tile or list view and on the product detail page itself, there is an option to add the product to the request.

Please note that you must be logged in to your digital customer account to add a product to the request.

Step 2: Add target quantity, target price, reference number and other information

Once you have added a product to your individual request, a separate window will open.

Below the regular price scale, you have the option to enter your target quantity and price.

In addition, you have the option to enter a reference number and add a comment.

Please note: After you have created a new quote request or selected an existing one, the button "Add to request" will be activated and can be clicked. If you have not done so, the button will be grayed out and you will not be able to add the product to the request.

You can add several products in one quote request. For each additional product you have to repeat steps 1 and 2.

Step 3: Send request and receive quote number

After you click the "Add to request" button, you will receive a success confirmation that the product has been successfully added to the request. You now have the option to add more products or navigate to the request page to submit the quote request.

Please note that you will be automatically redirected to the request page after about 10 seconds.

Before you send the request, you can check everything thoroughly and make changes if necessary.

As soon as you click the "Send quote request" button, your quote request will be sent to us immediately. To keep track of your sent quote requests, you can view a list of all the requests you have created, including the respective request status, under the "My account" / "Quotes" section.

You have successfully submitted your quote request to us! Your quote request will now be checked by a quoting specialist from Bürklin Elektronik.

Approval of the quote request

As soon as the review by our quoting specialists has been completed and an approved offer is available, we will inform you:

  • via email

When you are logged in to your digital customer account:

  • on the product detail pages of the requested products
  • under "My account" / "Quotes" in your digital customer account (status: answered)
Each quote request has a status

- New: draft status, not yet submitted
- Submitted: successfully sent to us
- Answered: individual offer received from us

Good to know:
Valid offers have limited validity periods and are visible in the 'Quote' tab of your digital customer account. Expired offers are moved to the archive. A red circle under 'My account' in the yellow header of the online shop indicates when a new offer is available.

When you open an approved offer and thus display the detailed view of the quote request, you have the option to add all products or only individual products to your basket.

Please activate the checkbox next to the table heading "Item Description" to select all items. Alternatively, you can select the corresponding checkbox in front of each individual product to add individual products to the basket. Once you have selected the items, click the "Add to basket" button. This will add the selected items with the offered conditions to your basket and you can complete the purchase online.
