The KK 28 Z is a high-quality printed circuit connector designed with a 2.54 mm pitch and a design DIL configuration, featuring 28 poles arranged in two rows. It offers reliable THT (soldering) connection with a CuSn-alloy contact material and a tin-plated contact surface enhanced by a Ni + 5...10 µm Sn coating for optimal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The connector's insulating body, colored RAL 7032, withstands a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and complies with UL 94 V-0 flammability class standards. It provides robust electrical performance with a nominal voltage of 250V AC (insulation group A, VDE 0110), a test voltage of 500 V AC, and excellent insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² Ω·m. Creepage and clearance distances meet stringent safety requirements with ≥0.7 mm and ≥0.5 mm according to VDE 0110 standards, ensuring high dielectric strength and safety in demanding environments.
