The KK 20 Z is a high-quality printed circuit connector designed with a 2.54 mm pitch and a design DIL configuration, featuring 20 poles arranged in two rows. Its robust construction includes a CuSn-alloy contact material with a Ni + 5...10 µm Sn plating on the contact sleeves, ensuring reliable electrical connections and excellent corrosion resistance. The connector supports THT soldering and accommodates ribbon cables with an excess length of at least 1 mm to the case. With dimensions of 28.1 mm (A), 25.4 mm (B), 22.86 mm (C), 7.62 mm (D), and 11 mm (E), it fits precisely into industrial electronic assemblies. The insulating body is colored RAL 7032 and rated UL 94 V-0 for flame retardancy, withstanding a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
