Promise of delivery - Ordered today, delivered tomorrow
Orders of stocked products, which are received by us Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m., are guaranteed to be delivered within Germany on the next working day. If you do not need your products immediately, but need binding planning security, we will also be happy to deliver on your personal desired date. In the case of products not in stock, which we will be pleased to procure for you, you will receive an individual delivery date.
Delivery terms
The promise of delivery is valid on working days (Mon to Fri), for goods in stock and for dispatch within Germany. May vary for hazardous goods or rare exceptions (force majeure).

Same-day delivery with direct courier
For particularly urgent orders, we recommend our direct courier service at very advantageous flat-rate shipping charges. We will hand your ordered goods to our direct courier immediately after your order has been captured, and your order will be delivered to you on the shortest route still on the same day. Delivery by direct courier is only available for deliveries within Germany. All prices are available on request.
Collecting goods (Click & Collect)
You can also collect your goods personally from our retail store in Oberhaching, south of Munich.

If you do not require your articles immediately, but do need binding arrangements you can use to plan, we would be happy to deliver on the day you desire.
No minimum quantity surcharge
Our packaging units are designed by ourselves and independently. This allows us to offer you the smallest deliverable quantity without a surcharge.
