The KK 18 Z is a high-quality printed circuit connector designed with a 2.54 mm pitch and a design DIL configuration, featuring 18 poles arranged in two rows. It offers robust electrical performance with a rated voltage of 250V AC (insulation group A, according to VDE0110) and a test voltage of 500 V AC. The connector's contacts are made from a CuSn-alloy with a tin-plated surface and nickel underlayer (Ni+5...10µm Sn), ensuring reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. The housing is constructed from a flame-retardant material (UL 94 V-0) in RAL 7032 color, capable of operating within a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It complies with stringent safety standards, including a creepage distance ≥0.7 mm and clearance ≥0.5 mm per VDE 0110, and demonstrates a high insulation resistance of over 10¹² Ω·m.
