A special feature of AI... ferrules with insulating collars is that the tighter the connections, the more reliable the insulation and the less likely the wires are to splice. Insulation and the lower the probability of the wires splicing. The dimensions of the ferrules comply with DIN 46228-4. The metallic insulating sleeve is made of a soft
electrolytic copper (CU-DHP) with a tin coating. The insulating collar is made of extremely heat-resistant polypropylene.
