The RPX-4.0-CT is a buck converter with an integrated inductor in a compact 5 mm x 5.5 mm x 4.1 mm thermally-enhanced QFN package. The output current is up to 4 A and is fully protected against continuous short-circuits, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults, making the device particularly suitable for industrial automation, test and measurement, portable devices, and high density or weight-sensitive applications.
