Buck converter, RPX-2.5-CT, RECOM

The RPX-2.5-CT is a buck converter with integrated inductor in a tiny 4.5 mm x 4 mm x 2 mm thermally enhanced QFN package. The output current is up to 2.5 A and is fully protected against continuous short-circuits, output overcurrent or over-temperature faults. The enable pin features an internal pull-up current source, so will operate with open-drain, open-collector, logic gate or switched inputs (leave open if not used).
