Quad precision operational amplifier, SOIC-14, TLC274CDR
NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
Operational Amplifier, TLC274CDR, Texas Instruments
The TLC274CDR is a precision quad operational amplifier that combines low input offset voltage, low drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds approaching general-purpose BiFET devices. Its extremely high input impedance, low bias currents, and boosted slew rates make it a cost-effective solution for applications that previously required BiFET or NFET amplifiers. This device is available in multiple offset-voltage grades, from the low-cost TLC274CDR with 10 mV typical offset to the high-precision TLC274CDR with 900 µV. Excellent common-mode rejection and supply-voltage rejection enhance performance, making the TLC274CDR suitable for both new high-performance designs and for upgrading existing circuits.
