The converters are available in a power range extending from 0.37 up to 7.5 kW, in frame sizes from FSA to FSC and have an IP 65 or IP 66 degree of Protection. Based on various options - such as External braking resistors, SD memory card, web server module for wireless commissioning, various connector types - SINAMICS G115D can be individually adaptedto the requirements of the specific application. Furthermore, it facilitates simple system configuration with predefined macros in the converter and preconfigured function blocks from the Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal) for fast connection, e.g. to a SIMATIC controller. SINAMICS G110D distributed converter is the predecessor to SINAMICS G115D wall mounted.
