The ET54211Y1B is a low-voltage 400 mA voltage regulator. It operates with an input voltage as low as 1.1 V, and the output voltage can be set starting from 0.7 V. The output voltage accuracy is improved to ±2% due to a built-in transistor with low on-resistance. It consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for voltage setting, and a current limit circuit for over-current protection. The ET54211Y1B uses an advanced CMOS process to minimize supply current. A low on-resistance PMOS pass device enables low dropout voltage. It also features an enable (EN) function to reduce power consumption and extend battery life. The EN pin allows the regulator to switch to standby mode.
