The plastic jaws fit perfectly to any vice with steel jaws due to their double magnetic bar. They protect sensitive components from scratching or damage. The longitudinal and transverse grooves also allow round objects to be clamped securely. If the grooves interfere with clamping, the smooth surface of the other side can also be used.
