IC VREF SHUNT ADJ 2.2% 8SOICTL431CD
NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
Adjustable precision shunt regulator, TL431CD, Texas Instruments
The TL431CD is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator with specified thermal stability over automotive, commercial, and military temperature ranges. Its output voltage can be set to any value between VREF (approximately 2.5 V) and 36 V using two external resistors. The device has a typical output impedance of 0.2 Ω, and its active output circuitry provides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, making it an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in applications such as on-board regulation, adjustable power supplies, and switching power supplies. The TL431CD has identical functionality and electrical specifications as the TL431 but features different pinouts for DBV, DBZ, and PK packages.
