The MSPM0L1306SDYYR microcontroller features 64KB of embedded flash memory and 4KB of SRAM, delivering a compact and efficient solution for low-power embedded applications. It includes a high-speed on-chip oscillator with ±1.2% accuracy, eliminating the need for an external crystal in many designs. Additional integrated features include a 3-channel DMA, 16- and 32-bit CRC accelerators, and a rich set of high-performance analog peripherals: a 12-bit, 1.68-MSPS ADC with a configurable internal voltage reference, a high-speed comparator with an integrated reference DAC, two zero-drift, zero-crossover operational amplifiers with programmable gain, a general-purpose amplifier, and an on-chip temperature sensor.

On the digital side, the MSPM0L1306SDYYR offers four 16-bit general-purpose timers, a windowed watchdog timer, and multiple communication interfaces including two UARTs, one SPI, and two I²C modules. These communication peripherals support protocols such as LIN, IrDA, DALI, Manchester, Smart Card, SMBus, and PMBus. As part of the TI MSPM0 family, the MSPM0L1306SDYYR combines flexible analog and digital integration with a low-power system architecture, helping designers meet the performance and efficiency demands of a wide range of applications.
