The MSPM0G3506SRGZR microcontroller offers a highly integrated, low-power solution with up to 128KB of embedded flash memory featuring built-in error correction code (ECC), and up to 32KB of SRAM with a hardware parity option for enhanced reliability. It also includes a memory protection unit, a 7-channel DMA controller, and a math accelerator to support efficient real-time processing. This device integrates a wide range of high-performance analog peripherals, including two 12-bit 4-MSPS ADCs with a configurable internal shared voltage reference, a 12-bit 1-MSPS DAC, three high-speed comparators with built-in reference DACs, two zero-drift, zero-crossover operational amplifiers with programmable gain, and a general-purpose amplifier.
The MSPM0G3506SRGZR also features advanced digital peripherals, such as two 16-bit advanced control timers, five general-purpose timers-including a 16-bit timer for QEI, two 16-bit timers for STANDBY mode operation, and a 32-bit general-purpose timer-along with two windowed watchdog timers and a real-time clock (RTC) supporting alarm and calendar modes. For security and connectivity, the device includes data integrity and encryption features such as AES, CRC, and a true random number generator (TRNG), along with versatile communication interfaces: four UARTs, two I²C, two SPI, and a CAN 2.0/FD interface. As part of the TI MSPM0G3506SRGZR MCU platform, the MSPM0G3507 combines the performance and efficiency of an Arm Cortex-M0+ core with a holistic ultra-low-power system architecture, making it ideal for demanding mixed-signal and real-time control applications.
