NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
Decoder/Demultiplexer, SN74HC138DR, Texas Instruments
The SN74HC138DR device is designed for use in high-performance memory decoding or data-routing applications that require very short propagation delay times. In high-performance memory systems, this decoder can be used to minimize the effects of system decoding. When used with high-speed memories that employ a fast enable circuit, the propagation delay of the decoder and the enable time of the memory are typically less than the memory’s access time. As a result, the effective system delay introduced by the decoder is negligible.
