3 channel analog switch, with 5 V, 2:1, SOIC-16, Texas Instruments CD74HC4053M96
NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
3-channel analog switch, CD74HC4053M96, Texas Instruments
The CD74HC4053M96 device is a digitally controlled analog switch that uses silicon gate CMOS technology to achieve an operating speed similar to LSTTL with the low-power consumption of a standard CMOS integrated circuit. This analog multiplexer and demultiplexer controls an analog voltage that may vary across the voltage supply range (for example, VCC to VEE). It is a bidirectional switch that allows an analog input to be used as an output and vice versa. The switch has low ON resistance and low OFF leakage. In addition, this device has an enable control that, when high, disables the switch to its OFF state.
