The CD4050BE is a CMOS Hex non-inverting Buffer/Converter feature logic-level conversion using only one supply voltage. The input high level signal can exceed supply voltage when this device is used for logic level conversions. This product is intended for use as CMOS to DTL/TTL converters and can drive directly two DTL/TTL loads.
