The i6A DC converters are ideally suited to generate further voltages with a high nominal current from a 12, 24, 36 or 48 VDC standard power supply. The range of models includes models with 14A (i6A), 10-20A (i6A4W) or 8A (i6AN) output current and a wide input voltage range from 9 - 40VDC and 9 - 53VDC. Due to the efficiencies of up to 98%, the 1/16 brick modules offer excellent power density and are available in both DIP and SIP format. All i6A operate as a step-down converter with output setting ranges from 3.3V to 24V (i6A), 3.3V to 15V or 3.3V to 40V (i6A4W) and -3.3V to -30V (i6AN). Typical fields of application can be found in medical and communication technology as well as in test and measurement technology or in industrial environments.
