The motor can be combined with the SINAMICS V90 converter and the MOTION-CONNECT 300 connection system to create a powerful servo system with high functionality. The result is a seamless drive system. Wherever highly dynamic and precise motion sequences are demanded, a drive system comprising the SIMOTICS S-1FL6 and SINAMICS V90 is the first choice. Users benefit fromthe high dynamic response, accuracy and compact dimensions. The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor is a permanently excited synchronous motor designed for operation without external cooling. Heat is dissipated via the surface of the motor. Thanks to the use of a quick-release connector, the motors are quick and easy to install. The servo motor with high moment of inertia (high-inertia motor) for a better load adjustment and optimal control quality with regard to torque and speed accuracy is available in three shaft heights and a braking performance of between 0.40 kW and 7.00 kW. The motor has IP65 degree of protection and natural cooling as standard. The servo motor covers the ranges of rated torque from 1.27 Nm to 33.40 Nm and rated speed from 2 000 rpm to 3 000 rpm. In addition, the motor optionally has a TTL 2 500 ppr incremental encoder. The SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor can be adapted to address specific user requirements by using various options, such as connectors, encoders and additional accessories.
