Device circuit breaker, 18885, SCHNEIDER

The 18885 is a low voltage circuit breaker. It is a 3P circuit breaker with 3 protected poles and 40 A in rated current and MA tripping curve. The rated short circuit breaking capacity goes up to 100 kA at 220 VAC to 240 VAC conforming to EN/IEC 60947-2 standard. This miniature circuit breaker protects circuits against short circuit and overload current. It is suitable for isolation in the industrial sector.

The fault tripping is indicated by a red mechanical state indicator light on the front face of the circuit breaker. It has an electrical endurance going up to 10000 cycles and a mechanical endurance going up to 20000 cycles. According to IEC 60529 standard, the degree of protection is IP20 and IP40 in enclosure.
