Safety coupling, 107562, Riegler
One-hand air relief coupling with double locking system. Connection: Similar to a standard coupling, simply by pressing the plug into the coupling. Disconnection: The first locking mechanism is accessible when the sleeve is pushed back . The coupling valve closes. Air can then be relieved from the plug side and inside the hose. The second locking mechanism is released by actuating the sleeve again. The coupling can now be disconnected safely. This system meets the requirements of ISO 4414 and is BIA-compliant (BIA = industrial safety institute). This safety coupling is not suitable for direct attachment to a pulsating tool.
