The RPX-4.0-R is a buck converter with an integrated inductor in a compact 5mm x 5.5mm x 4.1mm thermally-enhanced QFN package. The input range is from 3.8 to 36VDC, allowing 5V, 12V, or 24V supply voltages to be used. The output voltage can be set with two resistors in the range from 1 up to 7VDC. The output current is up to 4A and is fully protected against continuous short-circuits, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults, making the device particularly suitable for industrial automation, test and measurement, portable devices, and high density or weight-sensitive applications.
