The RPX-0.5Q-CT is an automotive-grade buck converter with an integrated inductor in a compact 3 mm x 5 mm x 1.6 mm thermally-enhanced QFN package with wettable flanks. The output current is up to 0.5 A and is fully protected against continuous short-circuits, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults.
