The solder paste FELDER is a homogeneous, ready-to-use, low-odour mixture of metal powder, binders, solvents, fluxes and thixotropic agents. This paste has excellent wetting properties and is ideal for soldering surfaces that are difficult to solder. Printed circuit boards and components of various types can be used - the soldering result is always optimal. The flux residues have a very high surface resistance.
The solder paste FELDER is insensitive to humidity and temperature. It shows no tendency to form solder balls on chip resistors and capacitors. FELDER has a very high wet bonding strength and is also suitable for machines with very high accelerations. It has a very long stencil life and can be used on printing machines with a temperature control unit (very strong ventilation). The rheology of this paste has been optimized to achieve excellent printing properties in narrow apertures and a good first print after a break. Laboratory tests have shown that the first print after a break of 6 h was flawless. FELDER is excellent for dispenser application, as it has very good contour stability even at low viscosities.
