The Ersa solder fume extraction unit EASY ARM 1 is based on more than 15 years of experience in this special field. This device in functional design is characterized by high extraction performance, efficient filter performance and at the same time very quiet operation. The extraction arm can extract a volume of 110 m³/h. The process air is cleaned with 1 exchangeable filters in three stages: A pre-filter retains dusts and larger particles. The combi-filter separates micro-particles such as those produced during soldering, and the activated carbon filter binds harmful gases. The system is individually mounted with a suitable table holder. A clearly structured range of extraction arms and nozzles offers a suitable extraction solution for all applications. For longer use of the filters and to save energy, the unit can be connected to Ersa i-CON soldering stations or a standby switch via an interface. This way, the respective extraction unit is only operated when working with the connected i-CON soldering station.
