RF Signal/Waveform Generator, BK4089-GPIB, BK PRECISION

The B+K Precision BK4089-GPIB combine RF signal generation with a fully featured AWG (function and arbitrary waveform generator) to deliver flexibility and performance in a compact, streamlined solution. On the front panel, dedicated channels and output ON/OFF buttons enable individual and simultaneous operation of the RF and AWG. The RF generator covers a wide frequency range from 50 MHz up to 3 GHz with excellent frequency stability and low phase noise. In addition to continuous waveforms (CW), the RF generator provides amplitude (AM), frequency (FM), phase (PM), and pulse modulated signals, as well as linear and log sweep capabilities to test a full range of input conditions. The AWG utilizes both true point-by-point AWG and DDS based architectures to produce sine, square, triangle, pulse, and user-defined arbitrary waveforms. The function generator frequency ranges from 1 µHz up to 50 MHz 80 MHz and the AWG features 16 bit of resolution, a sampling rate up to 250 MS/s, and deep waveform memory of 4 million points.
