With insulated compact actuator, for rugged motor applications to 1.0 kW and power to 15 A/250 VAC or 10 A/400 VAC in continuous mode and high switching rate; Bushing mount: M12 x 0.75, with tab/solder terminals 6.3 x 0.8 mm, contact and terminals form a single unit to avoid the development of additional heat. Maximum load capacity at +20 °C (ON-OFF or ON-ON/other): 20/15 A 125 VAC, 15/12 A 250 VAC, 10/5.0 A 24 VDC. Materials: housing = polyester UL94-V0, lever = polyamide, black, 13.5 mm length. Socket: brass, nickel-plated. Contacts: silver/nickel alloy. Contact resistance: max. 10 mohm at 1.0 A/2.0 VDC. Insulation resistance: min. 1000 Mohm on 500 VDC. Dielectric strength: 2500 VRMS at 50 Hz between terminals and ground. Operating temperatures: –20 to +55 °C. Certifications: EN 61058-1, UL and CSA. Note: operation on 380 V requires the separately available ground connection washer.
