Loadable spring balancers and balancers

Spring balancers and balancers are considered proven aids for carrying light and heavy loads. Specifically, they are mostly tools and equipment such as welding guns or electrical equipment, which are brought and held in position by them. Spring balancers consist of rope drums, spiral springs and the rope, which is protected from external influences by a housing. The ropes are usually made of nylon. Tension is built up by tensioning the spiral spring, so that when the load is unloaded, the rope is wound up by itself due to the retraction force. Spring balancers are used primarily for holding lighter loads. They usually carry loads of up to 14 kilograms. If heavier loads need to be held, a balancer is required. It works on a similar principle to the normal spring balancer, but can be used for loads up to 150 kilograms.
