With the quote feature, you can ask for your own prices and quantities for several products at the same time. After you have chosen your products, you send the request to our team. Within 24 hours, you get a quote by email (PDF) and online in your account.

Note:
On the product page you can add products to a quote directly if logged in.

Only registered and logged-in customers can use this feature. All your quotes are in My Account / Quotes.

Yes, you can ask for products whether they are in stock, not available, or incoming.

No, you can enter any price and quantity. If your request is unrealistic, our sales team will contact you by phone or email to discuss it.

After our team completes your request, you get:
  • An email with your PDF quote
  • A message in the shop (notification bar in the header or on the product page)
  • The status Processed in your account
In the quote overview you can see all details, compare products, and add them with our prices to your cart.

The standard period is 1 month.
After this time, you cannot add the quote to your cart. But you can always request a new quote or contact our team to talk about an extension.

Yes, you can choose single products or all items from your quote and add them to your cart as you like.

If the quote feature is not working, you can always contact us by email or phone. Our sales team will make your quote in our ERP system and send it to you as usual.

These status options are possible:
  • Draft: You added products to the quote but didn't send it yet
  • Submitted: Your request is being checked
  • Processed: The quote is ready
  • Expired: The quote is no longer valid
