Orders for goods in stock that reach us between Monday and Friday before 6 PM will be filled and the goods delivered to destinations within Germany on the next workday.
If you do no require your goods immediately, but do need binding arrangements you can use to plan, we would be happy to deliver on the day you desire.
We are happy to procure goods that are not in stock and will provide a separate delivery date for them.
Delivery commitment is valid only for working days (Mon to Fri), stock and shipping within Germany. May vary depending on hazardous goods or in rare exceptions (force majeure). For EU-wide shipping we date only the delivery (for transit time, please see here).

We will hand your ordered goods to our direct courier immediately after your order has been captured, and your order will be delivered to you on the shortest route still on the same day.
Delivery by direct courier is only available for deliveries within Germany.
