Spacer module, 753-1629, WAGO

This active spacer module provides both hardware and software space reservation for standard function modules (digital/analog) in PROFIBUS networks (only in connection with the 750-333 Coupler). The spacer module also simulate a function module and is configured accordingly (select module “optionally not plugged”). Subsequent node expansion is made possible by replacing spacer modules with function modules without disturbing existing wiring or configuration.
