Mates TO-220 connecting surface, pin-compatible with LMxx linear regulator, built-in filter capacitor, for positive and negative output voltages, sustained short circuit-proof, thermal overload protection; Output current: max. 1.0 A. Reflected ripple current: 100 mA. Input current at no-load operation: max. 3.0 mA. Control error on input fluctuation/load fluctuation (10 to 100 %): 0.2/0.6 %. Residual ripple: 50 mVpp (1.5 to 6.5 VDC), 75 mVpp (9.0 to 15 VDC). On delay: 5.0 ms. Operating temperatures: –40 to +85 °C.
