TLV274ID | Texas Instruments
Quad operational amplifier, SOIC-14, TLV274ID
NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
Operational Amplifier, TLV274ID, Texas Instruments
The TLV274ID is a low-power, wide-bandwidth operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail-to-rail output, operating from 2.7 V to 16 V over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is an ideal choice for applications where full rail-to-rail output swings are essential. The TLV274ID provides 3-MHz bandwidth while consuming only 550 µA of supply current. Like the TLC272, the TLV272 is fully specified for 5-V and ±5-V supplies. Its maximum recommended supply voltage is 16 V, allowing operation from a variety of rechargeable cells (±8 V supplies down to ±1.35 V). The CMOS inputs allow use in high-impedance sensor interfaces, and the low-voltage operation makes it especially suitable for battery-powered applications.
