TLV2460CDR | Texas Instruments
Single operational amplifier, SOIC-8, TLV2460CDR
RRIO operational amplifier, TLV2460CDR, Texas Instruments
The TLV2460CDR is a low-power, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier specifically designed for portable applications. Its input common-mode voltage range extends beyond the supply rails, allowing for maximum dynamic range in low-voltage systems. The output stage also provides true rail-to-rail performance with high output-drive capability, addressing limitations seen in earlier rail-to-rail input/output amplifiers. This combination of full-range input/output operation and strong output drive makes the TLV2460CDR ideal for buffering analog-to-digital converters.
The TLV2460CDR delivers 6.4 MHz of bandwidth and a 1.6 V/µs slew rate while drawing only 500 µA of supply current, offering strong AC performance with low power consumption. Select versions of the device include a shutdown terminal, which enables an ultra-low current mode (IDD = 0.3 µA) and places the output in a high-impedance state when not in use.
