TLE2071AIDR | Texas Instruments
Single operational amplifier, SOIC-8, TLE2071AIDR
JFET-input operational amplifier, TLE2071AIDR, Texas Instruments
The TLE2071AIDR is a JFET-input operational amplifier that more than doubles the bandwidth and triples the slew rate of BiFET operational amplifier families. With support for wider supply voltage rails, the TLE2071AIDR extends the dynamic signal range for BiFET circuits to ±19 V. On-chip Zener trimming of the offset voltage yields a precision-grade amplifier, ensuring higher accuracy in DC-coupled applications. The TLE2071AIDR is also pin-compatible with lower-performance BiFET operational amplifiers, allowing for easy performance upgrades in existing designs. This BiFET operational amplifier offers the inherently high input impedance of JFET-input transistors while maintaining the strong output drive of bipolar amplifiers. This makes the TLE2071AIDR ideal for interfacing with high-impedance sensors or handling very low-level AC signals. It also delivers superior AC response compared to bipolar or CMOS devices with similar power consumption.
