TLE2064CN | Texas Instruments
Quad operational amplifier, PDIP-14, TLE2064CN
JFET-input operational amplifier, TLE2064CN, Texas Instruments
The TLE2064CN is a low-power JFET-input operational amplifier that doubles the bandwidth of earlier-generation without significantly increasing power consumption. On-chip Zener trimming of the offset voltage provides a precision-grade amplifier ideal for DC-coupled applications. The TLE2064CN is pin-compatible with other Texas Instruments BiFET amplifiers, allowing it to be used to double the bandwidth or to reduce the power consumption circuits by nearly 90%. This BiFET operational amplifier combines the inherently high input impedance of JFET-input transistors with the strong output drive capability of bipolar amplifiers.
It is specifically designed for interfacing with high-impedance sensors or low-level AC signals and delivers superior AC performance compared to bipolar or CMOS devices with similar power consumption. The TLE2064CN also features a high-output-drive circuit capable of driving 100 Ω loads at supply voltages as low as ±5V, making it well-suited for applications such as modem transformer loads that demand good AC characteristics, low power, and high output drive.
Features
- On-chip offset voltage trimming for improved DC performance
- High output drive, specified into 100Ω loads
- Lower noise floor than earlier generations of low-power BiFETs
