The TLE2022CP is a precision, high-speed, low-power operational amplifier that uses Texas Instruments' advanced Excalibur process. This device combines the best features of the OP21 with significantly improved slew rate and unity-gain bandwidth. The complementary bipolar Excalibur process utilizes isolated vertical PNP transistors, providing dramatic improvements in unity-gain bandwidth and slew rate compared to similar devices. A specialized bias circuit, used in conjunction with this process, ensures extremely stable parameters over time and temperature. As a result, the TLE2022CP maintains its precision performance even under varying environmental conditions and long-term operation.
This combination of excellent DC performance and a common-mode input voltage range that includes the negative rail makes the TLE2022CP ideal for low-level signal conditioning applications in both single-supply and split-supply configurations. In addition, integrated phase-reversal protection circuitry prevents unexpected output state changes when an input drops below the negative supply rail.
