TLC27L4AIN | Texas Instruments
Quad operational amplifier, PDIP-14, TLC27L4AIN
Precision Quad Operational-Amplifier, TLC27L4AIN, Texas Instruments
The TLC27L4AIN quad operational amplifier combines a wide range of input offset voltage grade characteristics with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, extremely low power consumption, and high gain. This device uses Texas Instruments' silicon-gate LinCMOS technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding the stability available with conventional metal-gate processes. The extremely high input impedance, low bias current, and low power consumption make this cost-effective amplifier ideal for high-gain, low-frequency, low-power applications. The TLC27L4AIN offers high precision with an offset voltage as low as 900 µV. This advantage in combination with good common-mode rejection and supply voltage rejection, make this device a strong choice for new state-of-the-art designs as well as for upgrading existing designs.
