Quad operational amplifier, PDIP-14, TLC279CN
NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
Precision Single Supply Operational Amplifier, TLC279CN, Texas Instruments
The TLC279CN quad operational amplifier combines a wide range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds approaching that of general-purpose BiFET devices. This device uses Texas Instruments’ silicon-gate LinCMOS technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding that available with conventional metal-gate processes. Its extremely high input impedance, low bias current, and high slew rate make it ideal for applications that have previously been reserved for BiFET and NFET products.
