The LM393P device is the next-generation version of the industry-standard LM393 comparator. This next-generation B-version comparator features lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower input bias current, lower propagation delay, improved 2 kV ESD performance, and enhanced input ruggedness through dedicated ESD clamps.
