LM13700M/NOPB | Texas Instruments
Dual transconductance operational amplifier, SOIC-16, LM13700M/NOPB
NCNR (non cancelable / non returnable)
Dual Operational Transconductance Amplifier, LM13700M/NOPB, Texas Instruments
The LM13700M/NOPB consists of two current-controlled transconductance amplifier, each with differential input and a push-pull output. The two amplifier share common supply but otherwise operate independently. Linearizing diode is provided at the input to reduce distortion and allow higher input level. The result is a 10-dB signal-to-noise improvement referenced to 0.5 percent THD. High impedance buffer is provided which is especially designed to complement the dynamic range of the amplifier. The output buffer of the LM13700M/NOPB differ from that of the LM13600 in that its input bias current (and thus its output DC level) is independent of IABC. This may result in performance superior to that of the LM13600 in audio application.
