The MSPM0L1304SDYYR microcontroller provides 64KB of embedded flash program memory and 4KB of SRAM. It features a high-speed on-chip oscillator with an accuracy of up to ±1.2%, eliminating the need for an external crystal. Key integrated features include a 3-channel DMA controller, 16- and 32-bit CRC accelerators, and a suite of high-performance analog peripherals. These include a 12-bit 1.68-MSPS ADC with a configurable internal voltage reference, a high-speed comparator with a built-in reference DAC, two zero-drift zero-crossover operational amplifiers with programmable gain, a general-purpose amplifier, and an on-chip temperature sensor.

The device also incorporates intelligent digital peripherals such as four 16-bit general-purpose timers, a windowed watchdog timer, and multiple communication interfaces: two UARTs, one SPI, and two I²C modules. These support various communication protocols, including LIN, IrDA, DALI, Manchester, Smart Card, SMBus, and PMBus. Built on the TI MSPM0 ultra-low-power platform and based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ core, the MSPM0L1304SDYYR combines rich analog and digital integration with an architecture optimized for low power consumption-making it ideal for portable and battery-powered measurement applications.
