The MSPM0G3505SPMR microcontroller provides 128KB of embedded flash memory with built-in error correction code (ECC) and 32KB of SRAM with hardware parity support, delivering reliable memory operations for demanding embedded systems. It includes a memory protection unit, a 7-channel DMA controller, and a dedicated math accelerator to offload complex arithmetic tasks and improve processing efficiency. For analog-intensive applications, the device integrates two 12-bit 4-MSPS ADCs with a configurable internal shared voltage reference, a 12-bit 1-MSPS DAC, three high-speed comparators with built-in reference DACs, two zero-drift zero-crossover operational amplifiers with programmable gain, and one general-purpose amplifier. These features support precision sensing and signal conditioning with minimal external components.

The MSPM0G3505SPMR also incorporates robust digital peripherals, including two 16-bit advanced control timers and five general-purpose timers. These include a timer for QEI interface, two timers optimized for STANDBY mode, and one 32-bit general-purpose timer. The device also includes two windowed watchdog timers and a real-time clock (RTC) with alarm and calendar modes. To support secure and connected applications, the device includes AES encryption, CRC checking, and a true random number generator (TRNG). Communication interfaces include four UARTs, two I²C, two SPI, and CAN 2.0/FD, enabling seamless integration into industrial and automotive networks. As part of the TI MSPM0 platform, the MSPM0G3505SPMR is based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ core and a holistic ultra-low-power system architecture, giving designers a highly integrated and power-efficient solution for their embedded applications.
