The MSPM0G3105SRHBR microcontroller delivers a high level of integration and performance for low-power embedded applications. It features 128KB of embedded flash memory with built-in error correction code (ECC) and 32KB of SRAM with hardware parity support to enhance data integrity. The device also includes a memory protection unit and a 7-channel DMA controller for efficient data handling and system reliability. For analog functionality, the MSPM0G3107 integrates two high-speed 12-bit 4-MSPS ADCs with a configurable internal shared voltage reference and a general-purpose amplifier-making it ideal for precision analog signal processing in cost- and space-sensitive designs.

The device offers a rich set of digital peripherals, including two 16-bit advanced control timers, five general-purpose timers (featuring a QEI interface timer, two timers optimized for STANDBY mode, and one 32-bit general-purpose timer), two windowed watchdog timers, and a real-time clock (RTC) with alarm and calendar functionality. To ensure robust system communication and security, the MSPM0G3105SRHBR includes hardware support for AES encryption, CRC, and a true random number generator (TRNG). It also offers four UARTs, two I²C, two SPI interfaces, and CAN 2.0/FD support for reliable data transfer in industrial and automotive environments. As part of the TI MSPM0 MCU platform, the MSPM0G3105SRHBR combines the efficient Arm Cortex-M0+ core with a holistic ultra-low-power architecture, enabling designers to increase performance while reducing power consumption-ideal for sensing, industrial control, and connected applications.
