The MSPM0G1507SRHBR microcontroller offers a highly integrated solution for low-power, high-performance applications, featuring 128KB of embedded flash memory with built-in error correction code (ECC) and 32KB of SRAM with hardware parity for enhanced reliability. It also includes a memory protection unit, a 7-channel DMA controller, and an integrated math accelerator for efficient computational performance. The device incorporates a comprehensive suite of high-performance analog peripherals, including two 12-bit 4-MSPS ADCs with a configurable internal shared voltage reference, a 12-bit 1-MSPS DAC, three high-speed comparators with built-in reference DACs, two zero-drift, zero-crossover operational amplifiers with programmable gain, and a general-purpose amplifier-ideal for precision mixed-signal applications.
For digital control and timing, the MSPM0G1507SRHBR features two 16-bit advanced control timers and five general-purpose timers. These include a 16-bit timer with QEI interface support, two 16-bit timers optimized for STANDBY mode, and a 32-bit general-purpose timer. Additional features include two windowed watchdog timers and a real-time clock (RTC) with both alarm and calendar functionality. The device also supports robust security and communication capabilities, offering AES encryption, CRC, and a true random number generator (TRNG), along with four UARTs, two I²C, and two SPI interfaces. Part of the TI MSPM0 MCU platform, the MSPM0G1507SRHBR leverages the Arm Cortex-M0+ core and a holistic ultra-low-power system architecture, enabling developers to deliver higher performance while minimizing energy consumption-ideal for precision sensing, motor control, and general-purpose embedded applications.
