The MSP430FR6047 implements high-speed, ADC-based signal acquisition, followed by optimized digital signal processing using the low-energy accelerator (LEA), providing a high-accuracy and ultra-low-power metering solution ideal for battery-powered applications.

The integrated USS_A module features a programmable pulse generator (PPG) and a physical interface (PHY) with a low-impedance output driver for optimal sensor excitation and impedance matching, helping minimize zero-flow drift (ZFD). Additionally, it includes a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and a high-speed 12-bit, 8-MSPS sigma-delta ADC (SDHS) for precise signal acquisition from industry-standard ultrasonic transducers.
