With up to 256KB of unified FRAM memory, the MSP430FR5994IZVWR offers ample space for advanced applications and provides flexibility for seamless implementation of features like over-the-air firmware updates.

Built on the MSP430 ultra-low-power (ULP) FRAM platform, the MSP430FR5994IZVWR combines embedded FRAM with a holistic low-power system architecture, allowing designers to increase performance while reducing energy consumption. FRAM technology offers low-energy, fast writes and combines the flexibility and endurance of RAM with the nonvolatile behavior of flash memory.
